What is Coaching?
A Coach’s role is to invoke, inspire and engage clients to define their unique journey with increased self-awareness and clarity.
The client is the expert of themselves. With that in mind, part of a coach’s role is to help each client see what they have been overlooking. Coaches are trained to share observations in a way that invites self-reflection, a change in perspective, and a visualization shift of their horizon.
When you choose to partner with a coach, you are motivated to evolve, grow, and live purposefully. Working with a coach will, without question, transform you.

How do we coach?
We practice Presence-based and mBIT Coaching to evoke our client’s innate wisdom to gain clarity around their most important questions, challenges, and changes to creating intentional outcomes in their journey to live purposefully.

A coach’s job is not to interpret, judge, or tell clients what to do. Our goal is to connect each client with their unique talents, core value, and hold the space in which client’s have their transformational moments of clarity. Once a client understands how talents and values connect to their underlying motivations, they can create a new approach in decision-making, goal-setting, and most importantly, follow-through to achieve well-being.
Developmental coaching is geared towards the long-term. Our focus is to point the client at self-actualization. Meaning, we coach our clients to ultimately coach themselves.
Our expanded coaching role as teacher, guide, and information resource comes into play as via our courses and when we educate our clients with the most recent science-based principles in the areas of strengths psychology, health, and well-being; which allow us to identify and clarify each client’s why, what, and how.

As Certified Gallup Strengths and Strengths Strategy, Inc Coaches we are adept to dive deeply into the client’s understanding of their innate talents and how to grow them into strengths. We reveal how talents and strengths can steer oneself towards successful careers, relationships, and well-being, or sabotage best efforts.
As Certified Wellness and Well-being Coaches through Bulletproof ™ and the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, we educate and coach clients to holistically heal the body, increase energy and performance from the cellular level. We facilitate “bio-hacking” the “bio-individuality” of each client for them to discover what their mind – body – heart needs to achieve better health and well-being. A high performance leader needs to perform at this level.
Our mBIT Coaching certification (click here to read about mBIT) allows us to facilitate and evoke the client’s highest expression of wisdom to make their most important decisions and maneuver through change. The body is a highly intelligent “self,” and by reconnecting the body with the thinking self, we guide the client as they access their innate ability to make creative, compassionate, ad courageous decisions and get “unstuck.” Connecting in this way allows clients to believe and trust in their competence.

We understand that for the most part, people don’t “buy coaching.” They buy solutions. Yet, Galileo wisely said, “We cannot teach people anything; we can only help them discover it within themselves.”
A good coach can help you dive in and get rooted in your truth, free you to live your values, clarify your personal mission and vision to optimize your talents, health, and performance.
With this said, the right combination of client, coach, and focus is absolutely key in a successful coaching experience.
Client and coach are equal partners throughout the entire process. The coaching engagement term is customized to meet each client’s needs and goals.
A complimentary consulting call is available to determine if coaching is ideal for you. Transformation takes time and requires at least a 6-12 month commitment.
